[When the transmission starts, there is only a voice. Judging by it the speaker is a man in his sixties or thereabouts. ...though speaking is perhaps putting it a bit kindly. The man is yelling very agitatedly.]

[Aren't you glad the network translates lapdog barking into human speech?

...He does have a message. Somewhere under the barking. Probably.]

[Walter is caught utterly off guard this time - it's one thing to have the Network open while not using it; it's another when that connection gets used while you're not paying attention.]

[The answer gives him enough of a pause to put a break into his barking, which means that the next bits come in both a quieter and a less agitated voice.]

I am okay, but all the petting zoo animals are out! And there aren't enough people here to catch all of them!

[Mentioning that it is a petting zoo, combined with what he mentions to Sadie, is enough context for Walter to get the picture.]

[He'd put his new speed to use, but since he's trying to not get noticed, that leaves the bus...]

[Good. He'll let this person travel then and return to trying to help out with hunting all the wayward animals down.]

[After the main event, and just as the thank you "party" is winding down, Walter comes back to this post.

He may just laugh when he puts Russell's scenario together.]

Might help the petting zoo staff track down those people who started all this mess.

[Not a lie at all. Bark bark bark is fairly unhelpful for the fine details if you're human. For some reason they just don't understand it.]

[Sadie had taken to regularly checking in on the Network to see if anything was going on, and it's seems that today she'd timed it right. Or nor so right in the case of her eardrums]

[Sadie frowns down at her phone, there was a petting zoo near here?

The bears are in their enclosure.

[He had a very unfortunate encounter with one of them a year ago, so he checked that one first. ...Or at some point after he was sent away by an exasperated dog sitter whose attempt to capture guinea pigs wasn't helped by a barking dog, even though the dog wasn't much larger than the pigs.]

They need as many hands as they can get. [His tone is switching from agitated to high and mighty now. Stop dawdling and get on it!] You just have to get on the small bus 5. [The final destination of which is Moss Manor, so that may at least give an indication as to where that petting zoo might be.]

[Those bears may be in their enclosures but she's not letting it go because it is quite frankly baffling.]

That's a relief but...why are there even bears in a petting zoo in the first place?!

[Sadie quickly opens the local bus company app and searches for the Number 5,and then does a quick search on Moss Manor, if the really had a breakout then there would be video evidence. Which there was. Well...]

Oh that doesn't look good...Um,it will take me fifteen minutes to get there but I'm free to help!

[~~She might even spot a tiny white dog running around barking in the background of one or two of the videos. Not that Chad would identify himself as that dog.~~

It's not just a petting zoo. It's a zoo that also has a petting zoo attached to it. The bears are in a different area.

[There's a zoo as well? Maybe her Mum had a point about spending too much time inside studying or playing games if she didn't know that there was a zoo nearby!]

[It's a little later than the others, as every time Russell starts to listen, the ATTENTION startles him right out of trying. Eventually he tries skipping partway into it, to find the disembodied voices talking about minutiae like how the petting zoo is attached to a larger zoo, and that there's escaped animals that need catching. It's so... mundane, and not like he expects a break from sanity to go, that he finally chimes in.]

Uhhh. So, which petting zoo was that, exactly?
