Don't pet them, grab them! [Mingle]

I.
In the afternoon on the 25th, a network message alerts the Numbered to the fact that the petting zoo in Moss Manor's Menagerie is facing a major break-out: Someone has torn down the fences, and all the bunnies, sheep, and all the other animals typically found in petting zoos have decided to book it. They are now swarming the manor's grounds.
Due to the staff being nowhere near enough to catch them all, and due to the generally low threat level of the animals that escaped, visitors are asked to help catch them instead of being sent away.
And anyone who just happens to show up and help will be happily welcomed and included in the fort, without any question of who told them that help is needed.
II.
Afterwards, Lady Margaret Camilla Brassant invites everyone onto her patio and offers refreshments - tea, water, little sandwiches, cake and scones with clotted cream and jam. She retires quickly herself, but not before giving a brief speech thanking everyone who helped save the gardens from hungry mouths.

"Um, excuse me! Hey, are you free to help?!"

"Sure! What do you need me to do?"
She headed towards Sadie so they didn't have to call quite as loudly to each other to talk.

"Um! Well, I'm trying to corral them towards the pens that way," She points over to the left, then has to lunge quickly as one of the goats tries to use her momentary distraction to make a break for it. "Shit! As, as you can see it's a job for more than one."
"I'm Sadie by the way, thank you for coming over to help."

"They seemed to have called an entire army out here to help round up these creatures - there looks like there's so many of them!" Chihiro moved around to help cover where Sadie couldn't be, keeping an eye on the goats in case any tried to make a run for it. She grinned to Sadie after getting into place. "I'm Chihiro! Thanks for giving me an easy place to jump in and help, I was a bit lost."
She saw a goat trying to stray away and encouraged it back into the two person corral. "Okay, we move together, then? Take it nice and slow?"

She starts moving in tandem with Chihiro at her prompting, scootching forwards, arms wide as she keeps pace with the other girl. "Nice to meet you Chihiro. Ah, from what I've seen you wouldn't have been lost for long. There are a lot of escapies."
The dwarf goats are now moving in a bit more of an orderly fashion, but remain a bit flighty. "So...are you form Mossgate?"

Whenever Chihiro notices a goat try to flee, she jumps in place to discourage it from breaking away from the group. "This certainly is a mess, isn't it? Everyone seems to be running around in quite a panic. I wonder what happened..."
She glanced up at Sadie at the question. "Uh-huh! Parents moved here for work originally, I'm Mossgate born and raised. What about you?"

The two of them are making decent progress with their small herd, none of the goats has managed to make a break for it yet. "The guy who was shouting about the escape...he said he saw some people destroy the fencing. I don't know why someone would do that though?"
"I moved here from London about half a year ago. My Dad's from Mossgate and he wanted to be closer to the family." She shrugs her shoulders awkwardly. "It's a lot quieter here, but I suppose it's nice to be right by the sea."

Chihiro obviously didn't realize that it was the dog that had been shouting about for help. Did anyone?
"Ooooh, I like London! I wouldn't want to live there because it's so busy but it's so lovely to visit!"
The goats seemed to actually calm down quite a bit and seemed content to follow the girls to their pen. So long as nothing surprising happened to spook them Chihiro was confident that this would be a nice and easy trip.

She smiles at Chihiro, "A lot of people say that. But growing up there, that was always the best bit. You never ran out of things to do. We lived next to so many interesting people in our block of flats too, the smells of all the different foods and the sounds of the different languages. I miss it a lot."
The rest of the goat chivvying goes by uneventfully, as they start to approach the keepers with their hoard.

Chihiro nodded at what Sadie said on London. "That's true. Sometimes, growing up in Mossgate, it could be a little dull. You do the same things all of the time, though maybe a big portion of that was just going to the same places all the time rather than trying new things. I just think I'd feel a bit overwhelmed there... Though I'm sure if I was born there it'd be different."
Despite loving Mossgate (boredom and all), Chihiro sometimes wondered what it would be like to live in a place such as London or Tokyo - somewhere with a lot of people and an impossible amount of things to do. How tiring!

She lets out a sigh of relief as the keepers take the goats from them. "Thank you for your help, I'm Sadie by the way." She holds her hand out to Chihiro to shake."
