Pity we couldn't turn this into another meeting; I've been doing some follow-up on someone I encountered during Pride.
[Said completely out of the blue.]
... Trying to take a picture?
[It's not immediately obvious, perhaps, but it's what Walter would be doing - and technically, he doesn't need to, what with his memory and drawing skills now.]
[And that surprises him into slipping and nearly falling into the mud. He does actually drop his camera.]
Walter! Try to warn me a little better next time.
[Jimmy picks the camera back up and tries to wipe the mud off it. On the ground before him is a small square of excavated ground with four small figurines made of tin scattered across it. The one in the best condition appears to be a small mouse curled up in the sleeping position of a dormouse.]
Maybe it should be time to have another meeting soon. I think its been a while since everyone shared notes.
Take a look and tell me what you think. I'm not sure what to make of it.

[Sadie's plan was to get closer and examine the objects but she doesn't quite make it that far. The moment Sadie gets a clear view of the items she doubles over, a sharp stabbing pain ramming into her head just behind her eyes preceeding the fading of Jimmy and the river bank from her sight as memories take a hold of her conciousness.]
There is no road or development to be seen, just dim light and the banging and clanging and heat of smelting as people garbed in simple textiles and leathers forge the tin into the form of a dormouse. The vision shifts slightly still focused on the tin dormouse but this time it is placed in what seems to be an elevated spot of a dwelling with more people from so very long ago milling about it. The vision shifts for the final time and everything is being smothered in mud and water.
[Sadie wobbles on her feet as she is thrown from the vision and back to the river bank with Jimmy. Skin pale, Sadie unsteadily moves back from the river to sit somewhere dry until her head stops spinning.]
