Okay, I think I've got my subject choices. And do you think I can just rewrite the personal statement I used for the exchange program application?

Brill, you should be able to use that you just have to make sure to emphasise anything extracurricular or independent reading and work related to your studies.

After that, it'll be down to your tutor or teachers at school to do a reference but you should be fine!
