[Audio] Help?
Does anyone have any experience with applying for sixth form?
[Shinichi's tone is rather harried. Between this and exams, he hadn't had much time for anything else recently.]

Is it a particular step that’s confusing, or the whole process?

Re: [Phone Text]
Criminology, English and Mathematics for sure. I think I need at least one more?

Choosing which schools to apply to is probably the most important step then. The schools in New York have a very different system than those here in regards to the application process.
Criminology is a bit specific for sixth form. You might have to settle for Chemistry or Psychology.
Re: [Phone Text]
Chemistry, then. [He liked the subject, and it should be useful.]
I haven't really thought about it. At home I'd have at least another year before I needed to decide.

Chemistry is quite fun in sixth form.
That might be a good way to consider it. Try a year of sixth form college, and if it doesn’t work out for any reason, then you can apply and switch to New York right on time with your age group.
Re: [Phone Text]
That does sound like a good way to think about it. And I don't think my parents could object if I put it like that.
[Phone Text] Yay for helping!
Then it’s a matter of selecting a sixth form college. The one here in Mossgate is nice. Are there any others you have considered?

After all, you made quite a change to come here to Mossgate.

For what it’s worth, I’m glad you’ll be sticking around.

Okay, I think I found the right document. What next?

The next section should be your desired subject choices and then a personal statement, aka, the worst bit.

Okay, I think I've got my subject choices. And do you think I can just rewrite the personal statement I used for the exchange program application?

After that, it'll be down to your tutor or teachers at school to do a reference but you should be fine!
