I think it might be a good idea to talk about recent events. That is, recent strange events - deja vu, for example. Like how I can't help but wonder why I know what it's like to be punched by a gorilla, even though I've never been closer to one than you'd expect in a zoo.
(It's not fun, for anyone curious.)
Sharing our experiences might help us understand them more, but if you'd rather keep them to yourselves, I understand. For those who do want to talk about them, maybe we can find a common thread that'll help us understand why this is happening.
