[...well. He's had that number rattling around in his head off and on for how long, and now he decides to make use of it? Torin is quite possibly late to the party. But he does, however, have a very important first question to ask of people after he's scribbled the number down on his notebook while having a morning cup of coffee in his office and after he's processed a bit of what's going on here.]

So what's your favorite dinosaur?

It does, doesn't it? It's one of my favorites--a great place to examine the evolution of feathers and how they developed in the dinosaurs.

I think I heard about that. A lot of people think dinosaurs had feathers now, right?

Oh, we don't think they had feathers, we know they had feathers. We've found some remarkably well-preserved specimens, and we're discovering more information on dinosaur feathers all the time.

That's really neat! Do you know what colors the feathers were?

Some of them we do, yes! We've been able to identify various grays, browns, and blacks, and we're working all the time to gather more and better data.
