Those who own/regularly look after a dog or cat might find their pet chasing something around.

Something small and fast and scurrying.

Something very crafty - nobody will find their cat or dog having caught it, but they'll find the pet trying to reach under a low space, into a wall cavity, and dog affiliated persons may even find the dog barking up a tree (or up at a high spot in the kitchen/living room/etc).

“Bye little friend..!” Nel cheerfully says only to feel the drain of an Echo follow. It comes with an unusual and safe feeling that fills the void, so as she rocks back to sit down, she does so without hurry. Staring downwards as she feels herself briefly to be lighter, the girl is stunned by the perception of bright light that flashes in her vision like a ray of sunlight. A quick rub of her eyes is given in anticipation of pain that never follows. Blinking her eyes open rapidly, she has not moved and steadies as the world holds still around her.

Unaware of the new gold color in her eyes, Nel stands up to walk back home.
