[Video] - November 3 or so (before the bonfires)
[The network window that opens up for people when they connect, today, shows a mirror in a hallway, with a familiar face in it-- mostly familiar, anyway. Sam Stone's skin has gone gray, literally-- not sickly gray, not pale or ill-looking... just gray. As if it faded from color along with his hair. The only color left to him are his eyes, still light blue.]
Anybody listening today? I thought maybe we should catalog all the weird changes we're all going through. I'll start.
[He holds up his hand-- also gray.]
I got that bloodhound-league sense of smell thing a while ago, and on Halloween a spider turned my skin gray. Crazy, right? Also, I can growl when I'm grumpy about something. Demonstrations available if you want 'em.
Who else has had some weird shit change for them?

What did he do? Did he say anything? [Out of the ordinary especially.]

We didn't see him very long.

Why do you think he was interested in that old bomb? Wouldn't that be dangerous?

Might be he's behind that. Can't think of why he'd want something like that blown up, though.

That’s rotten. It broke lots of stuff and kept the museum closed for a long time.
[Nel likes to create, not destroy.]

Does he smell funny?

That sounds gross… What is ozone?

Like. Jet exhaust mixed with warm wind mixed with, I don't know, that smell you pick up on a hot day? Not quite the asphalt roasting, but more like hot sand.
Smells are really hard to put words to, I'll have you know.

I've never tried to describe a smell before. Any time I think of something important I could smell, it's something most people already know. Like when mum cooks.
