Benjiro glances towards the front when he hears the door open as Russell steps out on the errand to retrieve comforts, and he looks back to Sadie as he continues to run his fingers through her hair. The motion continues until Walter brings the cups to them, and only then as a pause to let Sadie have access to accept the drink. For himself, he'll shake his head softly to decline, "I'll drink mine in a bit, thank you."

Heartened to see the smile, weak or otherwise, from Sadie, Benjiro bows his head a moment to place a light kiss to the top of her head before he resumes combing at her hair. In time, they will both heal. He'll look after her, and she'll no doubt look after him.

When he notices that Sadie is beginning to nod off, he halts in brushing her hair to reach and grasp the cup with that hand. If her grip is loose enough, he'll slide it away carefully to set aside somewhere safe or pass back to Walter. Hot liquid spilled would only add to the difficulties.

Voice dropped to a whisper, he speaks to their friend, "Sorry, looks like we'll have our tea after a nap. But, that gives us time to figure out how to cover... I don't want to impose, but do you mind if we both crash here tonight? I can text James to make up something for their parents for her, and I'll text my great aunts about the uh...plumbing issue."
