There's something fascinating about watching Ben smile like this, the action is completely unreserved, there is no moment of thought before Ben grins like there can be sometimes when they were both on this side of the boundary. She understood why, better to be safe than sorry, but it was still nice to see.
The clothes size difference is a tad ridiculous with the way Ben slides out of his shoes but they both settle down, the blanket still warm from when they'd been chatting earlier when their rolls had been reversed. Everything about Sadie perks up at the mention of rabbits, including her ears, and she pulls her phone from her pocket.
"I love that that's something you've still got a memory of over there. So, Mossgate is apparently incapable of having a normal holiday and on Easter the bug thing that happened was that all the chickens were swapped with rabbits and vice versa. You went to assist one of the farmers in Moss Manor and to cut a long story short, congratulations your a bun dad!"
Sadie beams as she shows Ben on of the many photos she has on her phone of him and Bunsen. In this photo Ben is fast asleep and tucked up against his side is the not-so-small-anymore Bunsen, the rabbit also apparently asleep.
"You called him Bunsen and he's adorable!" Sadie gushes, a very familiar thing when she got started talking about animals, "He's a giant breed so he's very calm and soft and the cats like him too, even Squash."
